  48. Everyone can use one or two of these regularly and all of them occasionally.
  49. Can be used as a single program or load each module in a separate window for
  50. fast switching between other programs.  To prevent excess use of Windows
  51. resources, each module shares the software engine that drives them all.

  53. LOAN/LEASE can be a personal tool to decide which mortgage, loan or lease
  54. is best for you or a business tool to give comparisons to potential
  55. customers for leasing.  Comparisons can be printed in total or by group.
  56. Either Principal, number of payments, interest rate, or payment can be
  57. found by entering the other three.  Handles residuals for leasing.
  58. Examples: Find the actual interest rate you are paying on your lease.  Find
  59. how much you can borrow if you limit your payments to five hundred dollars
  60. a month.  Make, maintain, and print an amortization of your mortgage, loan,
  61. or lease.  Experiment with larger payments each month or changing the
  62. interest rate.
  63. CONVERSIONS, convert from unit to unit.  So how many teaspoons are in a
  64. tablespoon anyway?
  65. REMINDERS, tickler, date sensitive reminders pop up when you load
  66. Handy Stuff and reminder is current, make new entries all day as you work.

  68. ordered, to get your car maintenance done, your dentist appointment
  69. (well ok, don't use it for that), and any other date you don't want to
  70. forget.
